Gi30 was started about five years ago by technology leaders who had spent more than a decade responsible for the systems organisations depend on every day. In every one of those organisations the same pattern appeared: systems bought off the shelf that never quite fitted, expensive custom builds with nobody senior in charge, and good software that failed because the people expected to use it were never properly trained or led through the change.
Gi30 exists to close that gap. The company is registered in the Philippines, with its development team led from the United Kingdom and its client work delivered from Manila. We bring UK-trained architecture and engineering together with Philippine expertise in marketing, leadership, HR and training, so a project goes from first conversation to running software, and the organisation is ready for it when it arrives.
